As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every interaction is handled efficiently, professionally, and with a positive impact.

1. Key Responsibilities :

Customer Interaction :

  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products and services.

  • Provide the best possible solutions based on customer needs.

  • Maintain service quality with prompt and professional responses.

Account & Service Management :

  • Assist customers with managing their accounts and services.

  • Process requests such as account updates and auto-debit setups.

Complaint Handling :

  • Address customer complaints with empathy and ensure timely resolutions.

  • Ensure all complaints are handled in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Crisis Management :

  • Deliver outstanding service, especially during high-demand periods.

  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.

2. Requirements :

Education : SPM/Diploma/Degree

Experience :

  • Fresh Graduates no experience required (Degree holders)

  • Diploma with a minimum of 6 months of experience

  • SPM with a minimum of 2 years of experience

Language Proficiency : Fluent in BM and English  :

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining accuracy

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Availability :- Rotational Shifts (Monday - Sunday)- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Job Location : Plaza Sentral, KL Sentral
